Kate Robinson ’23
Alumni Testimonial

Since I’m definitely going to have trouble containing my CCA experience in 3-4 sentences, I am going to choose three words that sum up what I value about this community and attempt not to turn this into a classical essay (although thanks to CCA I do know how to do those quite well). First: commitment. Students and teachers at CCA are committed to doing all they do well, meaning we are not half-hearted in anything – in our walks with the Lord, in our pursuit of truth, beauty and goodness, in building genuine community, even in just having fun (our epic annual lip sync battles definitely prove that).  Second: mentorship. The teachers and administrators at CCA are incredibly intentional not only in helping their students learn but in helping them grow as people. Their mentorship has shaped me and encouraged me greatly. Third: fellowship. At CCA, I found true, genuine Christian community that both loved and challenged me, I found the fellowship that God designed us for, I found a home, and for that I could not be more grateful.
