Open House Events
First Wednesday’s – In-School Open Houses (All Grades)
Prospective families are invited to come see us at our best…. in action! We offer these Open Houses on the first Wednesday of each month. Families have the opportunity to visit for a regular morning of school. First Wednesday Open Houses involve touring campus, speaking with administrators, students and parents, visiting classes in session and experiencing Chapel. No RSVP is necessary. We hope to see you here!

Discover Covenant: Admissions Open House Event (All Grades)
Date TBD, 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
You are invited to come experience the depth, joy and quality of a CCA education! Discover the value of a Classical and Christian education in a special presentation from our head of school, as well as student and parent testimonials. Enjoy a campus tour and meet administrators, faculty and staff. Take the opportunity to learn about all of our programs (PreK – Gr. 12), learn about Classical Education, Covenant Roundtable discussions, Academic Travel Week, Fine Arts and Athletic opportunities, Robotics, and more! Come discover what it means to be a part of this authentic school community. The formal program begins at 7:00 p.m. followed by campus tours and classroom visits with the teachers.
Preview events offer prospective parents and students a more “in-depth” look at a specific level of our program. These events are designed to offer extended times of conversation with administrators and individual faculty members regarding specific content or curriculum questions.
Upper School Preview Night (Gr 7-12)

Prospective parents and students are invited to join us for an in-depth presentation of our Upper School program. Hear presentations from our Head of School, Dean of Academics, Dean of Students and several other faculty members. We will introduce you to our classical approach and highlight some unique aspects of our program including the Senior Thesis, Logic and Rhetoric Classes, Academic Travel Week, AP offerings, our approach to College Counseling, and more. After the presentations you can meet our outstanding faculty members and administrators in our Cafe. Discover the power and value of a CCA Upper School education!
Grammar School Preview Night (K – Grade 6)

Prospective parents are invited to join us for an evening to explore our exceptional Grammar School program. Hear a presentation about Classical Christian education from our Head of School along with testimonials from our students, alumni and parents. Enjoy a student-led campus tour and take the opportunity to meet our outstanding teachers in their classrooms. This is a fantastic evening to discover the power and value of a CCA Grammar School education! The formal program begins at 7:00 p.m. followed by campus tours and classroom visits with the teachers.
Pre-School & Pre-Kindergarten Experience Morning
Date TBD, 10:00 – 11:30pm
Prospective Pre-School and Pre-Kindergarten students and parents are invited to attend this special opportunity to experience our program. Children will participate in classroom activities with our teachers. Parents are invited to observe the classes and connect with the teachers and administration. A presentation of our Classical program will be offered by our Head of School at 11:00. Discover the power, joy and excellence of the CCA program. RSVP is required. Student Visit Morning
Schedule a Student Visit Morning for your child. They will be our honored guest for a morning of school. Visit Mornings offer a terrific opportunity for your child to experience our fantastic CCA community. Each visitor is paired with a student host who will accompany you to classes and introduce you to teachers and classmates. They will also eat lunch with you and answer any questions you have about school life. Student Visit Mornings begin at 8:00 a.m. and end after lunch.
