How to Apply

Applications for the 2023-24 School Year

Early Application

The Early Application admissions process provides an opportunity for strong students to receive priority status for any available spaces that we have for the 2023/24 school year. Due to robust enrollment, most of our classes are at capacity.  Qualified applicants who meet our deadlines and criteria will receive priority status in obtaining one of those limited spaces for the upcoming school year.

The Early Application deadline for the 23/24 academic year is Friday, December 9th, 2022.  Students need to submit their online applications and academic transcripts by December 9th in order to be considered.  Admissions testing and interviews will be scheduled for these applicants during the month of January.  Early Application students will be notified of their status in February, with an enrollment deadline in March.

1. Submit Your Online Application

Click on “Application” link at the top of this page to begin your child’s online application. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.  You have the flexibility to log in and out of your account without losing your data, as it will autosave.   The non-refundable application fee is $75.

2. Request/Submit Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are either downloaded with your application or emailed to the admissions office:

  • Academic transcripts (transcripts or report cards from this year and the past 2 years).  We also need standardized testing records for grades 3-12.  Please request these from your child’s current school – you may also email or download copies of these records to us if you have copies at home.
  • Teacher and Administrator Recommendations (these evaluations are emailed automatically through online application).
  • Student Writing Sample (for students applying to grades 4-12).  We want to see a sample of your child’s best writing.
  • Immunization Records.

3.  Entrance Testing

Entrance testing for grades K-6 involves your child meeting with one of our teachers. For students in grades 7-12, an online Math entrance tests will be completed during your child’s visit morning.

4.  Interviews

Once all of your information has been received, we finish the process with parent and student interviews.  These interviews provide a terrific opportunity for us to get to know you and your child as well as answer any questions that you may have.
