The Business Office is managed by Mrs. Rita Detwiler and is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.  The Business Office is closed on Fridays.

What is FACTS?

FACTS is the company that CCA uses to assist in the Financial Aid Award process and to collect all tuition and incidental payments from our families. FACTS payments can be made via ACH transactions from your bank account or via a credit card.  All credit card processing fees are passed onto the customer.

What are incidentals?

Incidentals are services/products/events outside of tuition, i.e. music lessons, Student Life events (prom, dances, etc.), clubs, lunches, student trips, After-School Care, etc.

How can I view my FACTS account?

Every family will create a FACTS account with their own login information during the enrollment process. You can log into FACTS and view your account at any time, or you can contact FACTS by phone at 866-441-4637.

How does billing work for After-School Care?

Before-School Care is offered for PK 4-year-olds thru Grade 8. There is no cost for Before-School Care from 7:15-8:00 AM. 

After-School Care (referred to as ASC for After-School Care) starts at 3:00 PM and is available until 5:30 PM. Students in Grades PK-12 who are still in the building after 5:30 PM will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute. CCA employees are not allowed to leave a student in the building unsupervised at the end of the day.

ASC is only an option for PK 4-year-olds through Grade 6. You are required to pre-register for each semester of ASC and there are set rates for each semester. Your cost is determined by the number of days per week that you choose to attend and if you pick up before 4:30 PM or between 4:31 PM – 5:30 PM. Rates are published at the beginning of each school year. 

Drop-in ASC care is not available due to staffing challenges. Students who are not enrolled in ASC and are not picked up by 3:10 PM are brought to the front office until they are picked up.  Late pick-up fees are $1.00 per minute.
