What are incidentals?
Incidentals are services/products outside of tuition, i.e. music lessons, Student Life events (prom, dances, etc.), clubs, lunches, overnight trips, After-the-Bell, etc.
How do I pay for incidentals?
Monthly statements are emailed out to parents the first week of every month.
Incidentals can be paid by cash or check. You can mail in your payment or drop it off in the Front Office. If you are paying with cash, please bring the exact amount as the Front Office does not have cash on hand to make change. Payments are due by the 20th of each month in order to avoid a $25 late fee.
What is FACTS?
FACTS is the company that CCA uses to assist in the Financial Aid Award process and collect tuition payments for all families who don’t select the pay-in-full option. All FACTS tuition payments are paid by ACH transactions from your bank account.
How can I view my FACTS account?
Every families who applies for financial aid and/or makes tuition payments has created a FACTS account. You set up your own username and password, so you are able to log into FACTS and view your account at any time. You can also contact FACTS by phone at
How does billing work for After-Care?
There is no cost for morning care from 7:15-8 AM. After-Care, starts at 3:00 PM and is available until 5:30 PM. Students in grades PK-12 who are still in the building after 5:30 PM will be charged a late fee of $10 for every 15 minutes. CCA employees are not allowed to leave a student in the building at the end of the day unsupervised.
Students in grades PK-6 who are not picked up after school are automatically signed into After-Care. The billing starts at 3:00 PM and ends at the time that the parent arrives in the room to pick up their student(s). All of this data is entered into an Excel spreadsheet, so you only pay for the time that you utilize the service.
