Covenant Christian Academy’s faculty and staff play critical roles in directing students’ learning and encouraging their success.  Covenant faculty and staff must adhere to the Statement of Faith and fully support the mission of the school:

 

Covenant Christian Academy offers a Christian and Classical education that builds students’ academic, spiritual, and social foundations for lives marked by leadership and service in today’s global community.  A Covenant education prepares students to excel in collegiate studies and intellectual pursuits, nurtures Christian faith and character, and fosters individual gifts and abilities.

 

In keeping with this mission, Covenant expects that members of its faculty and staff will reflect the following characteristics in increasing measure:
