Family Referral Incentive ProgramCovenant has a Family Referral Incentive Program to both incentivize and reward CCA parents and employees who help us welcome mission-aligned families to our community. Our parents, students, and employees are our best ambassadors, sharing their positive experiences at Covenant with friends, family, and acquaintances.
Current CCA families, as well as faculty and staff members, can receive a $500 referral bonus for each new family that they refer (who then applies to CCA, is accepted, and enrolls for the 2025–2026 school year). The Family Referral Program does not apply to immediate family members or persons living in the same household.
While many grade levels have already reached capacity, we do have limited openings still available for the 2025-2026 school year. Contact the Office of Admissions: admissions@ccamail.org or click here for more info. |
The 2025-2026 Back to School page is now live!
Find all the info you need for summer work, summer bootcamps and tutoring, school supplies for next year, and more.
Faculty and Staff End of Year BBQ
Faculty and staff enjoyed a BBQ lunch together as they wrapped up the 2024-2025 school year.
Psalm 119 reminds us in many ways that filling our hearts and minds with God’s Word is essential to our daily lives as Christians:
“How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word.” (119:9)
“I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” (119:11)
“Turn my eyes away from worthless things; preserve my life according to your word.” (119:37)
“Your word, O Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.” (119:89)
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” (119:105)
“You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word.” (119:114)
So… you are invited to join with other members of the Covenant community in reading through the New Testament in 90 Days this summer. Let’s get into God’s Word together! Click here to print the reading plan.

Help Pave the Way – For Brighter Futures at CCA!
We’re almost there! Together we have raised 90% of our total goal of $300,000 for repaving the parking lot! We are deeply grateful for this outpouring of support. We are only $30,000 away from fully funding this project. Please consider making a tax-deductible gift (by check, PayPal, or Venmo) of any amount by June 15th to help close the gap.
Your gift will have a lasting impact, ensuring that our school remains an expression of our commitment to providing a beautiful and safe campus for our students – and for every family and visitor who arrives on campus.
If you need additional information, have any questions, or would like to discuss your gift, contact Nicole Williams, Chief Advancement Officer: nicole.williams@ccamail.org or 978.535.7100, x515. |

Summer Reminders From The CCA Health Office
Medication Pick-Up If your child had medications stored at school that you forget to pick up on their final day of school, they will be held for one week only. Please call the main office at 978-535-7100 to schedule medication pick-up the week of June 9th – June 13th. A parent/guardian signature will be required at pick-up. Any medications left at school after that point will be discarded per school policy.
Physical Exams Updated physical exams are required by the state for students every 3 years, and annually for students who participate in athletics. They are also required annually for students with a life threatening allergy, asthma, those with ongoing medical conditions, and for students who require medication administration in school. If your child has a physical exam over the summer, please remember to upload it in your Magnus account.
Vaccinations Additionally, there are state vaccine requirements for students within a certain grade, for which the school completes a required survey annually. If your child is entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 7th, or 12th grade in the fall, please be sure to discuss vaccinations with your child’s pediatrician to make sure they meet the requirements. For those who have a medical or religious exemption for immunizations, it needs to be renewed annually and submitted through Magnus.
Magnus Health Beginning August 1st, all families will be required to log into their Magnus accounts to confirm and update student health information for the 2025-2026 school year. This includes providing annual permissions for over-the-counter medications at school, submitting action plans for students with life threatening allergies or asthma, uploading any new medication orders, etc. Please watch for updates and reminders emailed from the CCA health office during the summer months.
If you have any questions, please email the school nurse, Christen Ashley, at school.nurse@ccamail.org. Be safe, stay healthy, and have a wonderful summer! |
